Reading at JujoMukti Tea Lounge

Jane Rosenberg LaForge will be the featured poet at a reading from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 16, 2012, at JujoMukti Tea Lounge, 211 East 4th St. (between Avenues A and B). The event is part of the Spoken Word Sundays series hosted by the poet George Wallace, the writer-in-residence at Walt Whitman's Birthplace and the first poet laureate of Long Island. Come hear Jane read from her full-length collection, "With Apologies to Mick Jagger...", and support the downtown poetry scene. Admission is $7, which includes a tea or other beverage. Come early; it can get crowded.
